SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
The LORADILORA® eSTORE always ships your order the same day and only works with express delivery. All orders placed on workdays before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day within the Netherlands (free of charge from € 100,-). Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Orders from Belgium, Germany and Austria are delivered within 2 working days with PostNL abroad or DPD. This is done insured, with real-time track & trace and a signature from the recipient is required.
We recommend choosing a service point for delivery. Experience shows that PostNL-abroad and DPD deliver more stably to the 3,750 service points throughout Europe and it is less harmful to the environment and traffic. However, we always remain responsible for your order if something unexpectedly goes wrong.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Although we hope that you are always pleased with your purchase, we understand that there may be times when you wish to exchange or return an item. LORADILORA® purchases may be exchanged and/or returned within 30 days of purchase, with valid proof of purchase. The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging.
